The Heart Behind the Therapy

Siobhain is a California licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with 20 years of experience in helping clients reach their full communicative potential.

She graduated from Seton Hall University with a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Siobhain is highly qualified in her field, and is a nationally-certified member of ASHA holding her Certificate of Clinical Competency. She has experience working with adults and pediatric clients in a variety of settings, including public and private schools, acute care, outpatient, skilled nursing, private practice, and home health.

Siobhain has spent almost two decades in various sectors of the Speech-Language field, and has learned over time that the most successful client programs are the ones that treat the whole person, rather than just the deficit. This belief centers around customization and compassion – taking the time and effort to learn about the needs and intricacies of each client, so that the provider can create an experience designed to help that client, specifically and holistically.

By blending standardized testing with informal measures, Siobhain has developed a dynamic approach to assessment and intervention. Through capturing a full picture of the client’s communication needs, she can create therapy sessions that are fun and engaging, meaningful and efficacy based, and specifically tailored to each client’s needs.

In her free time, Siobhain enjoys spending time with her Pomsky and coworker, Nikita “Kiki” McHale, enjoying time on the beach, riding her beach cruiser, and working out at Orange Theory.

“Progress is personal. That’s why I combine compassionate care with customized, evidence-based strategies for every client"
